• to organize the planned activities and the technical management of individual work packages
• to link together all project components
  
• to maintain communication with the European Commission
  
• to monitor the project implementation according to the plan time table
  
• to ensure the financial and administrative management of the project
  
• to organize ExeC, GovB, InEG and Annual Expert Meetings
  
• to oversee the promotion of gender equality in NANOPHEN
