WP1: Enhancing collaboration with similar institutions in MS

Objectives:
- to ensure mobility of the research staff of IPC-BAS for gaining access to unique equipment and for performing of joint complementary and interdisciplinary research
- to host foreign scientists for sharing of their expertise
- to get acquainted with research tools not available in IPC-BAS, but necessary to reach high-level of excellence
- to create new links with partner institution
- to create on-line virtual medium for discussion, problem formulation and brain-storming
- to initiate new networking connections with other research centers of similar profile in Member States
